RIYC works closely with our team of partners, such as the Children's Aid Society, psychologists, social workers, and a medical team, thus ensuring that the youth receives the emotional and psychological support they need in order to succeed.

 The health and safety of our employees are our top priority, and we are committed to taking every reasonable precaution for the protection of their health and safety. Therefore, all RIYC employees, as well as any visitors, are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof thereof prior to working or entering our homes. In addition:

• Hand sanitizer is available at determined locations throughout all the homes
• All RIYC employees and visitors must also answer “no” to all Covid-19 mandated questions prior to entering the homes
• RIYC also provides rapid antigen tests to all employees when required
